Rules & Regulations
1) Membership ID tags must be worn and visible at all times when on Assoc. property.
2) Membership vehicle stickers must be attached to the left rear of the vehicle when on Association property.
3) All motorized vehicles must stay on marked roads. Exceptions are for members with a disabled hunting license allowing them to hunt from a vehicle (100 yards off road); and for the retrieval of downed big game by members during legal hunting seasons.
4) Open fires are not permitted on Association property.
5) There shall be no littering, cutting of wood, shooting of signs or posters, damage to fields or food plots, nor any other type of destruction.
6) Only portable tree stands are allowed.
7) No beaver trapping is allowed.
8) All memberships must be renewed by May 15th. This includes retirees and junior members.
9) Any member caught loaning his or her membership identification to another person will have their membership revoked immediately.
10) Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a member of Assn.
11) Members are only allowed 1 non-immediate family member guest on the property. These guests must display a guest ID tag on their person. All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.
12) No hunting guests including immediate family members are allowed on the property at any time.
13) Cooperation with security patrols is required of all members.
It is the duty of all members to obey and enforce these rules and regulations, and to check every person that they encounter on Association property for proof of membership.
If a member is caught violating any of the Association’s Rules and Regulations or Bylaws, the punishments will be as follows (unless otherwise decided by the Board of Directors):
First Occurrence – $50 fine
Second Occurrence – $100 fine
Third Occurrence – revocation of membership
Violations must be documented and brought before the Board of Directors. The Board will consider each case and the member will have the right to defend him/herself before the Board. The Board shall have the authority to overrule the punishment schedule.
